Welcome to the latest edition of Golden Age Christmas, where we will feature a different Golden Age Christmas comic book story every day from now until Christmas Eve!

Today we look at a 1945 Wonder Woman Christmas tale from Sensation Comics #38!

Written by William Marston and drawn by H.G. Peter, this story opens with Wonder Woman being drawn into the world of some poor children...

Wonder Woman's assailant is the children's mother, who figured that Wonder Woman was her brother-in-law, come to give her more abuse. She told Wonder Woman of how bad her brother-in-law is to her and her kids and Wonder Woman, naturally, takes issue with this...

(I love how Steve just wanders into the house)

Wonder Woman goes to find the kids and captures their uncle with her lasso, but the uncle has a card up his sleeve...

They then compel Wonder Woman into breaking into the vault for them. They depart with their loot, leaving Wonder Woman with the kids...

This is a great tale by two Golden Age greats!
