The Honest Trailer for Godzilla vs. Kong humorously points out the film's flaws while praising its various strengths.

The trailer begins by examining the various human characters, pointing out a recurring critique of the MonsterVerse films that the humans lack compelling personalities, backstories and motivations. It then moves on to the monsters, reminding viewers that, while the film itself does not take a stand on which Titan is truly king, Godzilla technically won two of the three clashes between himself and Kong.
