Godzilla is a reptilian kaiju that is one of the most powerful creatures on Earth in the MonsterVerse. He towers over buildings and is most famous for his atomic breath, which decimates cities in seconds. He is extremely territorial, and won't hesitate to fight anything that is remotely as powerful as he is.
He may not be interested in humans, but he is likely to fight a good number of giants that have appeared in anime. Godzilla may be the alpha where he comes from, but these giants are no pushovers since they are all equipped with weapons or powers that cannot be found in his world. Many of them would even have a good chance of defeating him.

Named successor to become the next leader of the Giant Clan, Diane is a very durable and powerful character. She can create golems to fight with her, and her punch is stronger than the force of a meteor. Even after taking fatal blows, she is still able to remain on her feet and fight.
She wields the sacred treasure Gideon, which is a giant hammer than can absorb magical attacks and redirect them to the earth. Additionally, the more she dances, the more powerful she becomes, as it deepens her connection with the earth.
9 Bleach: Yammy Is One Of The Strongest Espada
After activating his Resurrection, Yammy grows into a giant, and his 10 tattoo turns into a 0— meaning he is the strongest out of all of the Espada.
He can shoot a huge beam of energy called a Cero from his mouth that decimates anything in its way, and his spiritual pressure can not only be used to shield himself, but can also create large explosions. Additionally, as he gets angrier, he gets larger and more powerful as well.
8 My Hero Academia: Gigantomachia Has Multiple Quirks
Gigantomachia is one of the scariest members of the League of Villains, beyond reasoning with due to his blind devotion to All For One. He is unbelievably durable, as he can harden his body and he is incapable of feeling any sort of pain.
He is able to grow parts of his body to use as weapons or to make himself stronger, and like Godzilla, he can tear through buildings like nothing. With so many abilities, Gigantomachia would be a difficult opponent for Godzilla to face.

Kurama is a feared, giant fox that is capable of causing mass destruction. It is able to create tsunamis and flatten mountains with a single flick of its tail. It was so feared that people in Naruto's village started to shun him because it was sealed away inside of him.
Kurama has also shown the ability to create giant shockwaves and to use its chakra to fire destructive beams. On top of all that, it's very intelligent, capable of understanding people and outwitting them.
6 Fairy Tail: Makarov Dreyar Knows Fairy Law
Makarov is able to use magic to turn himself into a giant, and has used this power to withstand a blast from the Jupiter Cannon and to briefly hold off the dragon Acnologia. He has all sorts of defensive and elemental magic at his disposal.
Most notable is Fairy Law, which is one of the strongest spells within his guild. This magic is able to instantly defeat anyone that the user considers to be an enemy, but leaves all others unharmed.
5 Akame Ga Kill: Shikoutazer Is A Powerful Mech Used As A Last Resort
Shikoutazer is the strongest weapon in this series, which resembles a giant mech. It was created by the first emperor and only meant to be used as a last resort. It towers over the city it resides in, and is incredibly difficult to damage.
It can shoot a large beam of energy from its chest, and fire multiple types of projectiles at the enemy. It has a barrier, and it is even capable of creating monsters that can fight for it.
4 Dragon Ball: The Great Ape Form Has Helped Saiyans Conquer Planets
Saiyans are able to turn into a Great Ape during the full moon. All they need to do is have their tail and to look directly at the moon in order to transform. Particularly strong Saiyans are able to reason in this form, but most go on a rampage, destroying everything they see.
Not only does the Saiyan become more powerful in this form, but they are able to fire blasts of energy from their mouths, fly, and move at high speeds— and Godzilla is certainly not known for being quick on his feet.
3 Bleach: Gerard Valkyrie Is Nearly Indestructible
Gerard Valkyrie is one of Yhwach's elite guards, as he is easily one of the strongest Quincy in the series. In order to take him down, multiple Shinigami Captains were forced to fight him.
He is ridiculously overpowered. His ability, Miracle, allows nearly impossible events to happen in his favor. He is also able to convert any damage he takes into extra power and size for himself. Even lethal wounds are a mere inconvenience to him, able to recover from being literally cut in half.
2 Pokémon: Eternatus
Godzilla doesn't have a Pokéball or the help of Zacian and Zamazenta, two things usually required to stop Eternatus. Eternatus nearly destroyed the region of Galar on the Darkest Day, and tried to absorb all of the energy in the surrounding area.
Its power is capable of making other Pokemon grow to massive sizes and go on a rampage as well, which would make it even harder for Godzilla to beat the Dynamaxed Legendary Pokémon.
1 Fairy Tail: Brandish Can Shrink & Grow All Matter
On her own, Brandish could defeat entire countries if she wanted to. She can control the mass of all matter, even capable of shrinking and growing an entire island. And with that power, she has been seen growing herself into a towering giant.
This means that Brandish would not only be able to grow to Godzilla size (or bigger), but also shrink him if she so desired, which would put him at a massive disadvantage in a fight. Having a power this strong makes Brandish nearly unbeatable, against Godzilla or almost anyone/anything else.
