Anime brand Crunchyroll recently partnered with Toho International, Inc., the subsidiary of the Japanese entertainment studio Toho Co., Ltd, to launch the new Crunchyroll Loves collection featuring Godzilla.

Available for pre-order now, the streetwear collection depicts the popular God of Destruction and its famous kaiju "frenemies" across three hoodies, one sweatshirt, three long-sleeve shirts and three short-sleeve shirts.

As part of the partnership, Crunchyroll Loves is also offering three never-before-seen Medicom figures of Godzilla, as well as a collector’s book that memorializes various incarnations of the monster throughout the years. The Godzilla figures were developed in collaboration with Medicom Toy, a Japanese brand that creates collectible figures.

The Godzilla: Cover Compendium art book consists of 80 pages of content from IDW Publishing, which highlight their multiple comic series and include depictions of characters including King Ghidorah, Rodan, Anguirus, Mothra, Mechagodzilla, Hedorah and Titanosaurus.

The cover of the book also features new artwork by Crystal Cheung for this Crunchyroll Loves collection, while the book itself features contributions from artists including Arthur Adams, Eric Powell, James Stoke, Bob Eggleton, and Jeff Zornow.

The new collection marks the second Godzilla-themed collection from Crunchyroll Loves following a smaller collection that was released in summer 2020. All items from the Crunchyroll Loves Godzilla collection are available for pre-order through March 8 on the Crunchyroll Store. Once the pre-order window closes, the collection will no longer be available.

Previously collections from Crunchyroll Loves include Megan Thee Stallion, "The God of High School," Junji Ito, "Mob Psycho," and "Gundam Wing."

The new Godzilla collection comes just in time for the release of WarnerMedia's upcoming Godzilla vs. Kong, which will find the titular mounters from Legendary's Monsterverse coming face-to-face for a major brawl. Trailers for the film have also teased an appearance from other Kaiju, including a cybernetic organism created from the remains of King Ghidorah.

Legendary Comics also recently unveiled the covers to Kingdom Kong and Godzilla Dominion -- the upcoming prequel graphic novels to Godzilla vs. Kong -- on its social media channels. The novel covers close-up shots of each monster, respectively, and were drawn by Art Adams. Kingdom Kong and Godzilla Dominion both go on sale on March 30, and are currently available for pre-order.

Directed by Adam Wingard and written by Eric Pearson and Max Borenstein, Godzilla vs. Kong stars Alexander Skarsgard, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall and Brian Tyree Henry. The film arrives in theaters and on HBO Max on March 31.
