On a new poster for Godzilla: King of the Monsters, the iconic kaiju gives fans a taste of his famous atomic breath and a better look at his scaly exterior.

The poster adds the film's tagline 'Long live the King', along with a flurry of helicopters circling the famous movie monster as he lights up the night sky with his pale blue fury.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters is a sequel to 2014's version of Godzilla. It will apparently chroncle what happens when Titans, enormous primordial beasts that have been living within the Earth, wake up in response to humanity's presence in the world.
While Godzilla and some Titans appear to be protective of humanity, others, such as Godzilla's nemesis King Ghidorah, seek only to destroy everything in their path. In the second official trailer, Godzilla seems to be fighting at humanity's side, but whether this is the case throughout the movie remains to be seen.
Directed by Michael Dougherty, Godzilla: King of the Monsters stars Vera Farmiga, Ken Watanabe, Sally Hawkins, Kyle Chandler, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Thomas Middleditch, Charles Dance, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Aisha Hinds, and Zhang Ziyi. The film opens May 31, 2019
