New Glass Trailer Promises 'A Lot of People Are Going to Die'

The latest trailer for M. Night Shymalan's Glass has arrived and the supervillain team-up between Samuel L. Jackson's titular character and James McAvoy's The Horde is looking to come with a high body count.

The upcoming film is a crossover between 2000's post-modern superhero film Unbreakable and 2016's Split with the principal antagonists of both films joining forces to take on Bruce Willis' David Dunn in a superpowered showdown.

Starting with a catatonic Glass imprisoned alongside Dunn and The Horde, once the brittle-boned serial killer realizes The Horde's abilities, the duo join forces and break out of their confinement.

"It has begun, David," Glass informs Dunn. "I have found someone that will require your full potential."

With The Beast now unleashed by Glass and the authorities unable to stop him, Dunn will have to stage his own escape and take down the villainous pair once and for all.

Directed and written by M. Night Shyamalan, Glass is slated for release on January 18, 2019. The film stars James McAvoy as Kevin Wendell Crumb/The Beast, Bruce Willis as David Dunn, Anya Taylor-Joy as Casey Cooke, Samuel L. Jackson as Elijah Price/Mr. Glass, and Sarah Paulson as Ellie Staple.
