Buffy Season 11: Giles #1 is scheduled for release on Feb. 28, from the creative team of writers Erika Alexander and Buffy the Vampire Slayer franchise creator Joss Whedon, and artists Jon Lam and Dan Jackson. Doctor Star & The Kingdom of Lost Tomorrows #1, set in the world of Black Hammer, is scheduled for release on March 7, written by Lemire and illustrated by Max Fiumara.

"I thought throwing him into the American public school system would be the source of both fish-out-of-water hijinks and a chance to talk about something that’s important to me," Whedon told CBR about the Giles series.

At ComicsPRO, Dark Horse will also make available Harrow County signing cards for retailers illustrated by Tyler Crook, plus a Xerxes ashcan previewing the upcoming Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius series -- Frank Miller's follow-up to 300 -- and a Xerxes lithograph.

ComicsPRO takes place Feb. 22 through Feb. 24 in Portland.
