Hasbro recently announced a trio of new collectibles inspired by the iconic Ecto-1 ghost-hunting mobile and two fan-favorite ghosts: Bug-Eye and Fearsome Flush. They will be released as part of the Kenner Classic line of Ghostbusters toys.
The new Ecto-1 collectible from Hasbro is the latest in a series of Ecto-1 inspired toys released in the lead up to Ghostbusters: Afterlife hitting theaters on June 11.

Back in November 2020, LEGO released its own version of the ECTO-1. Inspired by the converted 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor ambulance featured in the upcoming Afterlife film, the LEGO ECTO-1 set consists of 2,352 pieces and measures 8" (22.5cm) high, 18" (47cm) long and 6" (16.5cm) wide. That set retails for $199.99.
Hasbro also recently released a Ghostbusters/Transformers hybrid version of the ECTO-1, which stands seven inches tall and can convert between Ecto-1 and Transformer mode in 22 easy steps. The Ecto-1 Ectotron was available for exclusively through Target and retailed for $49.99.
Directed and co-written by Jason Reitman, along with Gil Kenan, Ghostbusters: Afterlife stars Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Annie Potts and Paul Rudd. It was previously revealed that original Ghostbusters cast members Sigourney Weaver, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson will appear in the film, while late Ghostbusters writer and star Harold Ramis will also be recognized. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 11, 2021.
