A German woman has accused The Flash and Fantastic Beasts star Ezra Miller of engaging in threatening behavior, making her feel unsafe in her own home.

While speaking with Variety, the woman -- who wishes to simply be addressed as Nadia -- recalled inviting Miller to her Berlin apartment in February 2022. By this point, Nadia and Miller had been friends for two years, though mostly communicated via text message, having not seen each other since a "consensual sexual encounter" in 2020. While their reunion was initially friendly, Miller allegedly became enraged when Nadia told them that they were not allowed to smoke inside her home.

"That just set them off," Nadia explained. "I asked them to leave about 20 times, maybe more. They started insulting me. I'm a 'transphobic piece of shit.' I'm a 'Nazi.'" The latter accusation would be especially egregious on Miller's part, as Nadia is a descendant of Holocaust survivors. "It became so, so stressful for me," the woman continued. "They were going around my house, looking at everything, touching everything, spreading tobacco leaves on the floor. It felt disgusting and very intrusive." Nadia stressed that she never felt at risk of sexual assault, though she did feel as though Miller "could somehow attack me physically." She added that she "totally felt unsafe" during the whole ordeal.

According to Variety, five people -- namely two of Nadia's friends, her lawyer, a women's rights advocate and a German social worker -- were in contact with Nadia after the alleged incident and corroborated her version of events. In April, Nadia filed a criminal complaint. The German State Prosecutor's Office confirmed it was investigating Miller for trespassing, though the office discontinued its proceedings after Miller left Germany.

It was only one month after her alleged encounter with Miller that Nadia heard the actor had been arrested in Hawaii on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment. "It seems to be a pattern," she said. "They jet-set abuse." Less than a month after their initial arrest, Miller was again arrested in Hawaii, this time on a charge of second-degree assault.

With all the controversy surrounding Miller, Warner Bros. Discovery is reportedly planning to sever ties with the actor following the release of The Flash in 2023. "There is no winning in this for Warner Bros.," a source said. "This is an inherited problem for [studio head] Zaslav. The hope is that the scandal will remain at a low level before the movie is released, and hope for the best to turn out."
