Back in January, it was revealed that superstar writer Garth Ennis would be leading a creative team on a new venture with AfterShock Comics titled "Jimmy's Bastards." Now, the publisher has released new information regarding the series, including cover art, a release date and more details on the Ennis' partners-in-crime for the project.

According to a press release from AfterShock, "Jimmy's Bastards" #1 will be written by Garth Ennis with art by Russ Braun, colors by John Kalisz and letters by Rob Steen. Additionally, the main cover will feature art by Dave Johnson, while the variant cover will once again showcase the aesthetics of interior artist Russ Braun.

"Jimmy's Bastards" will be Ennis’ second project with the AfterShock Comics, following last year’s “Dreaming Eagles” series with artist Simon Coleby, as well as the aforementioned Kalisz and Steen on colors and letters respectively.
