If you've dreamed of setting up shop in one of the majestic castles of Westeros -- and honestly, who hasn't? -- your lucky day may have just arrived. Part of Gosford Castle, used in Season 3 of HBO's Game of Thrones for exterior shots of Riverrun, is on the market.

On the hit fantasy drama, as well as in George R.R. Martin's series of novels, Riverrun is the seat of House Tully, the family of Robb Stark's mother and an important ally of House Stark. For part of his short-lived reign as the King in the North, Robb used Riverrun as his base, so it appears prominently early in the series. Fans who would like to stage their own betrayals, decapitations and stories of forbidden love will no doubt find it quite recognizable as a set piece.

The minimum offer being considered for the purchase of Gosford Castle, located in Northern Ireland, is £500,000 (about $636,530) -- not a bad deal, considering its size, history and undeniable magnificence. The castle's listing advises that it was built in the mid-1800s in the Norman Revival style, commandeered as a base during World War II and again in The Troubles, run as a hotel from the 1980s, and restored in 2006, developing one portion into private luxury residences.

For those who have Game of Thrones on the mind but can't afford even a reasonably priced castle of their own, keep an eye on the property anyway: Airbnb is offering to help convert a room for the buyer so that it can be listed on the site as a true Riverrun tribute. So just this once, when you play the game of thrones, you lease or you buy.
