The video, which arrives courtesy of Steven McAuley's Facebook page, shows the Northern Ireland set of Winterfell in flames on Wednesday. BelfastLive confirmed it wasn't a terrible accident, but rather part of the production for the eighth season of the hit fantasy drama.

As the scene has not yet gone through post-production, it's not clear what will cause the fire. A blue flame would indicate the Night King is responsible, while a red flame would leave open the possibility that someone else -- possibly the forces of Cersei Lannister -- is to blame. According to BelfastLive, the fire was part of a large battle scene involving between 400 and 500 extras.

This isn't the first time the castle has been put to the torch, however. Earlier in series, Ramsay Snow sacked Winterfell, burning it in the process. However, that fire looked much less severe.

Although the final season won't air until 2019, the series is available in its entirety on HBO Go and HBO Now. Based on George R.R. Martin's bestselling fantasy series A Song of Ice and Fire, Game of Thrones stars Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Jaime Lannister, Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister, Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen and Kit Harington as Jon Snow.
