'Game of Thrones' Star Kit Harington Wants to 'Camp Up' Batman

In an interview with MTV's U.K. counterpart, Game of Thrones star Kit Harington reveals he'd like to have a go at playing Batman.

Harington, who we already know can rock an all-black look thanks to his portrayal of the brooding Jon Snow on the hit HBO drama, discussed his desire to play the Dark Knight after being asked if he'd ever consider donning Spandex for a superhero role.

"I'd love to play a superhero," he said. "I would love to play Batman."

But anyone out there who thinks Harington would bring Jon Snow-level darkness to the role, you'd best think again.

"I'd camp him up again," Harington said, as the MTV host name-dropped Adam West. "[Batman's] gone way too dark and serious. I’d like proper spandex. Superhero movies got all too serious -- they need to get silly again."

Hearing Harington talk, it sounds like the Batman he wants to play would wear a few colors Jon Snow never would: blue and yellow.
