Spoiler alert if you haven't yet watched last night's "Game of Thrones" episode. The installment in HBO's fantasy drama, titled "Home," included a moment fans have been waiting a long time for -- and it's a big one. If you have watched the episode, then you'll be pleased to know that Entertainment Weekly has an interview with that actor.

Yes, Kit Harington's Jon Snow is alive once more. Ten months of hints and speculation came to an end last night, as it was revealed that Jon Snow is back from the dead. Harington's character, who was killed by his Night's Watch brothers in the previous season finale, was brought back to the land of the living in the final moments of last night's episode by the sorceress Melisandre. EW caught up with Harington and got his reaction to his return and learned what it was like for him to withhold the truth from audiences for much of the past year.

“Sorry!” said Harington, apologizing for the fact that he spent the entire hiatus between seasons acting as if he wasn't returning to the show. “I’d like to say sorry for lying to everyone. I’m glad that people were upset that he died. I think my biggest fear was that people were not going to care. Or it would just be, ‘Fine, Jon Snow’s dead.’ But it seems like people had a, similar to the Red Wedding episode, kind of grief about it. Which means something I’m doing -- or the show is doing -- is right.”

"Game of Thrones" airs on Sundays at 9 PM ET on HBO.
