After starring in both the final season of Game of Thrones and Dark Phoenix, Sophie Turner's schedule isn't slowing down anytime soon. The actor will return to the small screen next year on a new streaming service.

Entertainment Weekly reports Turner is set to star alongside The Walking Dead's Corey Hawkins in Survive on Quibi, a new streaming platform set to launch in 2020. Based on the novel by Alex Morel and directed by Mark Pellington, Survive tells the story of "Jane (Turner) and Paul (Hawkins), the only two survivors of a plane crash on a remote mountain. The two of them must work together as they combat the elements to make it back to civilization, while confronting personal traumas at the same time, which, in the book, include Jane’s recent suicide attempts."

"[Jane] is a complex character fighting against the odds to not only save her life, but to also find her own source of strength and courage. I only hope this can impact anyone struggling with self-worth to understand they are braver than they know and to seek the support they need,” Turner said in a statement.

Quibi has a quickly growing slate of projects set to debut exclusively on the streaming service, all in "quick bites" of ten minutes or less. While Quibi is set to officially launch on April 6, 2020, Survive does not have a concrete release date, although it's probably safe to assume it will arrive sometime next year.
