Game of Thrones Set Photos Tease Dragons and Qarth

Entertainment Weekly teases its recent visit to the Croatia set of Game of Thrones for a sneak peek at the second season of HBO's fantasy adaptation.

James Hibberd shows off the coastal Fort Lovrijenac, which will be used for King's Landing scenes -- whether it replaces or merely supplements Malta, he doesn't say -- and far more interesting shots of sentries at what are presumably the gates of Qarth and, better still, the wicker baskets in which Daenerys and her Dothraki transport her dragons Drogon, Viserion and Rhaegal.

EW promises more in-depth coverage of the set visit in the coming months. Game of Thrones returns in the spring.
