Funimation will add 24 new anime series throughout the month of April. The streaming service announced the new programs and when they will be available for viewers.
"This is one of Funimation’s biggest months of content yet, offering something for fans of every genre," Funimation wrote in a statement. "As viewership continues to increase and new fans discover anime, the new series along with Funimation's deep catalog of thousands of hours of popular programs means there are amazing stories to enjoy for everyone."
Some of the new content includes some series familiar to western anime fans, including One Piece, with recent shows like Black Clover among the additions. Another is a new series that has just begun airing in Japan this month, called Tamayomi: The Baseball Girls. Based off the popular baseball manga of the same name, the show follows a girls baseball team and the adventures they have while playing. It will be simulcasted on Wednesdays.
New seasons of shows that have already been added to their streaming service are also included. No Guns Life Season 2 will be added on April 9. No Guns Life tells the story of an former solider turned into a literal weapon, who must track down the people who did this to him. Kingdom Season 3 will be added as well. Set in ancient China, Kingdom tells the story of a group of swordsmen who must navigate a hostile war in order to obtain their goals.

Season Spring & Summer on April 27, Kaguya-sama: Love is War? (Season 2) on April 11, No Guns Life Season 2 and The Millionaire Detective - Balance: UNLIMITED on April 9, Kakushigoto, Shachibato! President, It’s Time for Battle!, Wave, Listen to Me!, Gal & Dino, Kingdom Season 3, Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater, TAMAYOMI: The Baseball Girls, Sakura Wars the Animation and Bungo and Alchemist -Gears of Judgement.
