UPDATE 12/9/2014 12:30 PM PT: A representative from Warner Bros. TV confirmed that the actual A.T.O.M. suit will be seen in this week's midseason finale of "Arrow."

A new international promo for "Arrow's" midseason finale, titled "The Climb," revealed what was believed to be Ray Palmer's (Brandon Routh) A.T.O.M. suit. In the promo, which comes courtesy of Spoiler TV, the Advanced Technology Operating Mechanism armor can be seen as Routh's Palmer states that the suit was constructed to "protect the people of this city."

However, "Arrow" fans excited to see Ray Palmer's fully-constructed A.T.O.M. suit may be disappointed to learn that the getup glimpsed in the promo is a placeholder. Quiver Podcast got confirmation from "Arrow" concept illustrator Andy Poon that the A.T.O.M. suit is not the real deal.

Eagle-eyed fans have noticed something else about the suit -- they've seen it before. ComicBookMovie has a side-by-side comparison that proves that the placeholder A.T.O.M. suit was actually taken from the video game "Fallout 3."

Hopefully the actual suit will appear in the episode when "The Climb" airs on Wednesday night, but for now, fans will have to keep speculating about the look of Routh's Atom. You can view the international trailer below.
