Frozen 2 has been thawing the ice on a frosty box office season, shattering records and generating tons of revenue at the box office. Now, Frozen 2 holds the all-time record for the biggest global debut of any animated film.

Deadline reports that Frozen 2's opening cemented itself as the largest-opening animated film of all time. The follow-up sequel to 2013's Frozen grossed a worldwide global debut of $350.2 million. Most of that haul came from offshore markets, where the film took in $223.2 million across international markets.

In China, the movie raked in $53 million, making it the best Disney animated film debut in the country. In Korea, it pulled in $31.5 million. Japan and Germany also boasted large numbers at the box office.

Domestically, the film is doing very well as well. Since it's opening on Friday, it raked in $125 million alone. According to film experts, Frozen 2 is expected to be Disney's sixth billion-dollar film of 2019, adding to the list which already includes AladdinCaptain MarvelToy Story 4The Lion King and Avengers: Endgame.

Disney's Frozen 2 reunites directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck and producer Del Vecho with voice actors Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad. Returning musical talents include Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. The film is now in theaters.
