'Fringe' Star Anna Torv Joins Frank Grillo in Blumhouse's 'Stephanie'

Fringe star Anna Torv and Extant actress Shree Crooks have joined Frank Grillo in Stephanie, the upcoming horror-thriller from Blumhouse Productions.

Blumhouse Productions' horror-thriller Stephanie now boasts Fringe's Anna Torv and Extant's Shree Crooks as stars alongside Frank Grillo, who was announced as the male lead earlier this week.

TheWrap reports that Torv and Grillo will play parents who discover their daughter (Crooks) might be a bit worse for the wear after they abandoned her in a creepy, supernaturally infested vacation home for far too long.

Stephanie is a sophomore directing effort for Akiva Goldsman, who's better known for writing films like I Am Legend. The script by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski made its way onto the 2012 Blood List, a collection of well-like but unproduced genre scripts much like The Black List. The film is expected to debut this year.
