Friends fans were treated to an extra surprise this weekend following the release of Friends: The Reunion on HBO Max.

In a video posted to Instagram, series star Courtney Cox teamed up with singer Ed Sheeran to perform her iconic dance routine from the beloved series. The dance was originally performed in the Season 6 episode, "The One with the Routine," by Cox's Monica Geller and her on-screen brother Ross while the two were filming a pre-recorded segment for Dick Clark's New Year’s Rockin' Eve.

While lacking the flair of the original, the two do a solid job of staying in sync. However, they fail to finish strong, with both Cox and Sheeran falling to ground during the final jump. In her Instagram post, Cox dubbed it the "ReRoutine."

HBO Max's reunion special premiered on May 27. While the streamer has yet to release any hard numbers or metrics, third-party analytics report that the reunion was watched by 29 percent of HBO Max subscribers, nearly beating Wonder Woman 1984's 32 percent. Of those viewers, 55.4 percent were female and more than 50 percent were between the ages of 35 and 54.

Friends: The Reunion and all 236 episodes of Friends are currently available to stream on HBO Max.
