Frank Miller says a “Hard Goodbye” in 2002

Frank Miller fans will have a lot to get excited about in the coming year.

In addition to the upcoming sequel to his take on Batman in “The Dark Knight Strikes Back,” and the briefly mentioned “JESUS!” title, keep your eyes peeled for a brand new Frank Miller book, “Sin City: The Hard Goodbye” in 2002. In a release found on the Dark Horse Web site, Dark Horse Maverick editor Diana Schutz describes the series as “a sequel of sorts to That Yellow Bastard, featuring Marv and Nancy Callahan. We’re planning this as an extended story complete in one book, and we’re planning to release it initially as a mass-market hardcover.” A Dark Horse spokesmen told CBR News that no release date, page count or price has been settled on.

For those who can’t wait until 2002 for their Sin City fix a special 10th anniversary edition of the original Sin City is due out in November from Dark Horse Comics.
