Fox Releases First Two Full-Length Trailers For "The Wolverine"

After days of posters, photos and teasers, Fox has released the first full-length trailer for director James Mangold's "The Wolverine."

Clocking in at nearly two and a half minutes, it's packed with everything the promotional build-up led fans to believe: an emotionally broken, and eventually mortal, Logan (Hugh Jackman), links to the antihero's past, Viper, Silver Samurai, flashbacks of Jean Grey and, oh, yes, ninjas riding motorcycles across snowy rooftops.

"The Wolverine," which opens July 26, also stars Will Yun Lee, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima and Brian Tee.

Updated: The domestic trailer has also debuted at Apple.com.

Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.
