Last week's episode of "The Flash" gave us a taste of how far reaching the effects Flashpoint may be. Cisco's brother was killed by a drunk driver, Caitlin may be dealing with nascent superpowers, and John Diggle's daughter Sara was erased from existence, replaced by a son, John Jr. The next episode is bringing back the Wells family of Earth-2, and according to an EW interview with Jesse Quick actress Violet Beane, it seems that her world was not affected by the time travel shenanigans.

"As far as Flashpoint goes, I’m pretty sure it only affects one world, the world that Barry changed the timeline for. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t carry over to other worlds," the actress said, affirming that, "The Jesse and Wells you’re seeing are the Jesse and Wells of last season."

Just because Earth-2 wasn't hit by the Flashpoint reset doesn't mean it will be conflict free. The interview teased some changes to come. "For Jesse, it’s a few episodes. Jesse and Harry will maybe go back to Earth-2 to deal with the situations that are back home," she said, "They lost a hero, so we have to go back and help our Earth again. But Tom Cavanagh is a series regular, so they’ll work their way around keeping him on the show somehow."

Beane also seems to be a Jesse/Wally shipper, saying, "The two of them are super cute together. It makes so much sense. I loved working with Keiynan last season. You’ll see a little bit of that carry over."
