DC's The Flash and Wonder Woman will return to their legacy numbering following the release of their 750th issues in 2020.
The change kicks off on January 22 with Wonder Woman #750, followed by Wonder Woman #751 on February 12, Wonder Woman #752 on February 25, Wonder Woman #753 on March 11 and Wonder Woman #754 on March 25. The Flash's legacy numbering begins with Issue 750 on February 26. The Flash #751 goes on sale March 11 with Issue 752 on March 25.
“As with Action Comics and Detective Comics, Wonder Woman and The Flash are part of the DNA of the DC universe,” SVP and Editor-In-Chief Bob Harras said in a statement. “Resuming our Legacy numbering for these titles enables both past and current fans to embrace the rich history of both of these iconic characters and is a reaffirmation that in the DC universe, everything counts.”
March's Wonder Woman #753 is written by Steve Orlando with art by Max Raynor, main cover by Robson Rocha (Aquaman) and Danny Miki (Superman: Year One) and a variant cover by Jae Lee. The Amazon warrior princess meets another warrior named Valda. The two call a truce to hunt a mythical beast with eyes on destroying the city of Boston. Wonder Woman #754 takes the hero off-world to help Princess Maxima, the former ruler of Almerac, retake her throne and restore the planet’s peaceful matriarchy.
The Flash's legacy number continues in March with Issue 751 as "The Flash Age" continues in a story by writer Joshua Williamson and artist Rafa Sandoval, with a main cover by Howard Porter and a variant cover by Junggeun Yoon. Barry Allen's newest villain, Paradox, joins with Godspeed to erase the Scarlet Speedster from existence. Porter returns as the interior artist on The Flash #752 as Barry is exiled to Paradox's realm outside of time and space, where the ghosts of his past come back to haunt him.
