When The Flash returns for its fourth season next week to The CW, there will be some noticeable changes in Central City, including the appearances of Barry Allen and Wally West. In newly released photos for the second episode, "Mixed Signals," we get a better look at The Flash's new costume and an introduction to Wally's new haircut.

In the wake of Barry's return from the Speed Force, he'll be outfitted with a new Flash suit. The most prominent changes include the addition of a gold belt and gold accents on the forearms. It also looks a little like armor and more like Spandex, with revamped shoulders and midsection.

The Flash won't be the only character from Central City with a new look, however, as Keiynan Lonsdale's Wally West sports a new haircut.

The official synopsis for "Mixed Signals" focuses on the ramifications of Barry's decision to enter into the Speed Force at the end of Season 3:

BARRY AND IRIS GO TO COUPLES THERAPY — Barry (Grant Gustin) has his hands full when he takes on a dangerous meta (guest star Dominic Burgess) who can control technology, while also confronting an obstacle in his personal life: the ramifications of abandoning Iris (Candice Patton) for six months to balance the Speed Force. Meanwhile, Gypsy (guest star Jessica Camacho) breaches in for a hot date with Cisco (Carlos Valdes), but she gets annoyed when his work keeps them apart.

Returning Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, The Flash stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Jesse L. Martin, Tom Cavanagh, Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker and Keiynan Lonsdale. "Mixed Signals," the second episode of the season, airs Oct. 17.
