It's hard to believe that, after eight years of following Oliver Queen under the hood, Arrow will come to a close this Tuesday. The series that began with a man with a bow and arrow has transformed into a fully developed multiverse with metahumans, aliens and parallel universes.

With just one episode to go before the show fades to black, stars from the other Arrowverse series took some time to thank and honor the man who started it all: Stephen Amell.

"Stephen started all of this," Supergirl's Melissa Benoist told TV Guide. "And the legacy he's leaving is pretty incredible. You know, we almost have our own Justice League on television, and the universe is massive and he was always at the helm. So it'll be different without him and an adjustment without him there and without all the Arrow people there."

"It's just an amazing privilege to be part of the Arrowverse, and it's always going to be called that. It'll never not be the Arrowverse," Benoist's co-star Chyler Leigh said. "They really did, they paved the way. They set an incredible foundation for us to be able to come and do what we do and stand among a whole bunch of people in so much leather."

"Stephen's always been so great to me, personally, and to just the world as a whole," The Flash's Grant Gustin concluded. "He's definitely been the leader of the Arrowverse, and I don't want to have to take up that place. They'll be missed."

Airing Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, Supergirl stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers, David Harewood as Martian Manhunter and Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers.

Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Katie Cassidy as Black Siren, Katherine McNamara as Mia Smoak, Joseph David-Jones as Connor Hawke and Ben Lewis as William Clayton-Queen. Arrow’s final episode will air Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

Returning Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 8 p.m. ET/CT on The CW, The Flash stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker, Tom Cavanagh, Jesse L. Martin, Danielle Nicolet and Hartley Sawyer.
