The Flash is getting new duds and a visit from the Monitor in Season 6.

In new photos from "Into the Void," the upcoming season premiere, Barry Allen rocks his new crimson Flash suit. Several of the new photos find him suited up and staring into some new device, which casts an eerie blue light on him. He also wears a deadly serious expression, which teases the gravity of his situation.

A handful of other photos show Barry dressed down. In these, he hangs with fellow Team Flash members Iris West-Allen, Cisco Ramon, Cecile Horton and Caitlin Snow. All of the new photos are set within STAR Labs, the team's base of operations.

Notably, a critical "Crisis on Infinite Earths" character appears in one of the photos: The Monitor. In this still, the Monitor appears in the Time Vault, the very same place that teased the Crisis back in the series premiere.

Back at Comic-Con International in San Diego, Flash actor Grant Gustin confirmed the character would appear in the buildup to this year's major Arrowverse crossover. "The Monitor shows up at the end of our first episode and says the universe is in jeopardy and in order to save the universe, Barry Allen has to die," Gustin revealed. "And Barry Allen doesn’t know about this deal Oliver made with the Monitor, either, so someone’s gonna die.” This photo, then, is likely from that scene.

Returning Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. on The CW, The Flash stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker, Tom Cavanagh, Jesse L. Martin, Danielle Nicolet and Hartley Sawyer.
