Batman Returns star Michelle Pfeiffer is open to reprising her role as Selina Kyle/Catwoman in Warner Bros.' The Flash -- she's just waiting for someone to make the offer.
When asked by Screen Rant if she'd play Catwoman again in light of Michael Keaton returning as Batman, Pfeiffer said, "I would if anyone asked me but no one's asked me yet."
Pfeiffer played Selina Kyle/Catwoman in 1992's Batman Returns, serving as a villain opposite Keaton's Bruce Wayne/Batman. However, like Keaton and director Tim Burton, she never returned for the next two films in the franchise, Batman Forever and Batman & Robin.
As for Keaton, it was reported in June 2020 that he'd return as an alternate universe version of Batman in The Flash, along with Ben Affleck's own Dark Knight. Moreover, it was also said that Keaton's deal involves multiple DC Extended Universe films, with his Batman serving a role similar to that of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Nick Fury. Since then, reports seem to suggest Keaton will only appear in The Flash.
Directed by Andy Muschietti from a script by Christina Hodson, The Flash stars Ezra Miller, Michael Keaton, Ben Affleck and Billy Crudup. The film arrives in theaters June 2, 2022.
