After Barry successfully defeated the leader of Gorilla City, Grodd took Solovar's place. In this new promo for next week's episode, "Attack on Central City," Grodd will lead his armies to Earth-1 for war.

This new promo shows Joe West and the Central City Police Department preparing for an incoming invasion, and The Flash, Kid Flash, and Jesse Quick preparing to fight Grodd. As they ask in the clip, how does one defeat an army of gorillas? Not just by "going for the legs" as Barry suggests.

Grodd's retaliation on Cental City likely stems from his deep-seeded hatred for Harrison Wells and the experiments he performed on Grodd at S.T.A.R. Labs. Grodd is clearly on a mission to get revenge and is going to use the returning metahuman Gypsy to open the breaches to Central City. Looks like it's time for Team Flash to dodge the wrath of Grodd once and for all.
