The first half of the trailer is an infomercial, with video game personality Markiplier hosting the faux-ad as a way for fans of the fictional pizza chain to bring its danger into their homes.

Suddenly, the fictional ad is interrupted by static. Glowing red eyes shine in the player's closet. The player picks up their smart-phone to detect the animatronics lurking around their immediate surroundings. Strange noises occur as the murderous machines stalk the player. All the infamous monsters from the franchise lie in wait, readying to menace the gamer.
