First "X-Files" Teaser Video Hints at Dark Times for Mulder & Scully

The first official video from Fox's anticipated "X-Files" reboot has arrived, and appropriately enough, it both shows a lot and manages to reveal very little about the series' storyline.

Returning stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson are both featured, briefly, though perhaps the biggest surprise is the quick shot of Fox Mulder's (Duchovny) iconic "I Want To Believe" poster, trampled on the floor by what appears to be armed military personnel.

Premiering Jan. 24, the six-episode Fox revival also stars “X-Files” franchise veteran Mitch Pileggi and newcomer Joel McHale. Series creator Chris Carter is joined behind the scenes by writers/producers Glen Morgan and James Wong.
