First New Mutants Movie Poster Teases Wolfsbane's Feral Form

Reinforcing the horror elements of Fox's upcoming X-Men movie spinoff, The New Mutants has released its first poster, depicting an unsettling image of the teens' faces as they attempt to break through a white wall. But still more interesting are they fangs apparent on the figure in the lower right-hand corner, providing a first glimpse at Maisie Williams' Rahne Sinclair in her feral Wolfsbane form.

As the name implies, the Marvel Comics character transform fully into a wolf, or assume a more transitional humanoid form, as this image suggests.

Directed by Josh Boone (The Fault in Our Stars), The New Mutants has been described as “a full-fledged horror movie set within the X-Men universe.” Instead of being students at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, as they are in the Marvel comics, the young mutants of the film are held against their will at government facility that becomes, effectively, a haunted house.
