Revving up for its June 25 premiere, Universal Studios Hollywood has released a first look at its latest attraction, "Fast & Furious -- Supercharged," in a behind-the-scenes video that features franchise stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson.

Teased last month with a Super Bowl spot, “3D-HD thrill ride” reunites stars from the blockbuster "Fast and the Furious" movies for a hydraulic motion-based ride that features special effects, a state-of-the-art 3D audio system, and 3D imagery projected onto a 400-foot, 360-degree screen within a new 50,000-square-foot-structure.

Part of the studio tour, the attraction — “conceived as a new installment to the dynamic film franchise” — “will catapult guests into the high-stakes underground world of fast cars in a harrowing escapade to save one of their own from an international crime cartel.”

"What we wanted to do is give those tram guests the experience as if they've actually driven into a 'Fast and Furious' film," Universal's Chick Russell explains in the video.
