The first official poster for Disney+'s The Falcon and The Winter Soldier has been released online, and it reveals a change to the latter's appearance.
The image, which was shared to Disney's Instagram, comes from D23 in Anaheim, California. The poster shows Sam Wilson/Falcon and Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier standing side-by-side. However, the latter is sporting a new haircut, departing from the long hair he's worn since Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
In addition to the titular characters, Falcon and Winter Soldier will see Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) and Helmut Zemo (Daniel Bruhl) return, with the latter presumably being one of the show's main villains. Wyatt Russell will also make his debut as John Walker/U.S. Agent). The plot of the show is unclear at this time, though it will likely deal with the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame and the retirement of Steve Rogers/Captain America and his retirement at the end of that film.
The Disney+ streaming service will launch this November. Directed by Kari Skogland, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan and will be released on Disney+. The series will hit the streaming service in Fall 2020.
