First Beauty and the Beast Live-Action Photo Recreates Iconic Scene

The live-action "Beauty and the Beast, the lastest in Disney's line of adaptations of their animated classics, will waltz into theaters next March. Now fans of the 1991 Oscar nominated animated film can get a glimpse of what Belle and the Beast will look like in the anticipated new feature film.

The power couple, played by Emma Watson and Dan Stevens, appear on the latest cover of Entertainment Weekly, which recreates one of the animated classic's most iconic moments -- the ballroom dance.

The film will star "Harry Potter" alum Emma Watson as Belle and "Downton Abbey's" Dan Stevens as the Beast. The film's live action cast will include Kevin Kline as Belle's father, Luke Evans as Gaston and Josh Gad as Le Fou. It will also feature the voices of Ewan McGregor (Lumiere), Emma Thompson (Mrs. Potts), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Plumette) and Ian McKellen (Cogsworth).

Directed by Bill Condon and featuring new songs by Alan Menken and Tim Rice, the live-action "Beauty and the Beast" arrives in theaters on March 17, 2017.
