WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Final Space Season 3, Episode 13, "The Devil's Den," which aired Saturday on Adult Swim.

H.U.E. has been a part of the Final Space crew since Day 1, speaking the very first lines of the series by warning Gary that he only has a few minutes of oxygen left. Since then, H.U.E. has become a larger part of the crew, even gaining a physical body during the show's second season following the destruction of Galaxy 1. While that didn't go as expected, H.U.E. ultimately got the upgrade he deserves in the Season 3 finale, "The Devil's Den."

H.U.E.'s time as a corporeal form was not the best. He went from an all-knowing AI to a small robot with no skills or strength other than extendable arms and legs. At the start of Season 3, H.U.E. got the chance to be an AI again aboard the Galaxy 2 while his former body was stolen by Biskit to make repairs. While it was unclear what Biskit's plans were with H.U.E.'s former body, the season finale finally answered that question.

The season finale saw Gary, Avocato and H.U.E. venturing to Invictus' domain to get Little Cato back from Ash, who stole him after revealing Little Cato's true parentage. Before leaving, Biskit gave them the Dragonhawk 5, a small ship with intense speed and a hidden surprise he kept to himself. They took the ship deep within Invictus' domain and tried to reason with Ash.

Meanwhile, Avocato tried to prove to his son that despite killing his parents, he still loved him and would do anything for him. Ash, feeling her grasp on Little Cato fading, attacked Gary and Avocato. Seeing his chance, Biskit told H.U.E. about the surprise.

Biskit managed to build H.U.E. a new body similar to the one he had before but vastly more powerful. The upgraded body stood at around ten feet tall and was made of a much stronger material than his previous one. His new body could get hit full force by Ash without leaving a scratch. H.U.E. was overjoyed with the new body and grateful for a chance to feel useful as more than the ship's AI. While his new body only made a short appearance, seeing the AI having fun in a place he felt hopeless was comforting.

Created by Olan Rogers, Final Space stars Olan Rogers, Tom Kenny, Tika Sumpter, Fred Armisen, Steven Yuen, David Tennant and Coty Galloway.
