A female-led spinoff of the 21 Jump Street movies has been in development for years, and now, the project's title has been revealed.

In a Deadline news piece about Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin being hired to write Deadpool 3, the outlet noted that the duo had also written the script for the 21 Jump Street spinoff, which is called Jump Street: Now For Her Pleasure.

Screenwriters Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin are best known for their Emmy-winning work writing for Bob's Burgers. However, they have also written scripts for movies like The Sims and The People We Hate at the Wedding in addition to co-creating the upcoming animated Fox sitcom The Great North.

First announced in April 2015Jump Street: Now For Her Pleasure is set to be directed by Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse director Rodney Rothman. Previous reports indicated that Tiffany Haddish was in talks to star in the project, while names like Zendaya and Awkwafina have been rumored to play her co-lead. No official plot details for the spinoff have been revealed. Other Jump Street projects in the works include 24 Jump Street, while 21 Jump Street director Phil Lord has cryptically teased "We're reserving 23 Jump Street."

Directed by Rodney Rothman, Jump Street: Now For Her Pleasure currently has no release date.
