"Fear the Walking Dead" Rips Into SDCC With Season 2B Trailer

Things go from bad to worse in the first trailer for the second half of "Fear the Walking Dead's" sophomore season.

The two-and-a-half minute teaser features familiar faces, new characters and plenty of undead gore and violence as it hints at what the future has in store for the show's currently separated players as they attempt to survive the apocalypse in Mexico.

Nick will remain one of the more clever members of the show, but he won't be the only member of his family getting their hands dirty in upcoming episodes. Debnam-Carey spoke at Comic-Con International in San Diego's panel for the show, explaining than in Alicia's incoming arc, she'll step up. "Alicia is coming into herself and finally being seen as an equal. There's an interesting mother/daughter dynamic that will change as we get into the second half of the season."

"Fear the Walking Dead returns Sunday, August 21 at 9 PM on AMC.
