Fear the Walking Dead Adds Legacies Star as Season 5 Regular

Legacies' Karen David has been added to the main cast of Fear the Walking Dead as Season 5 continues filming.

As principal photography on Season 5 of Fear the Walking Dead continues in Texas, a CW star has been added to the AMC series' main cast.

Karen David, who currently stars on The CW's Legacies and appeared on ABC's Once Upon a Time, has joined the survival horror series as a new series regular named Grace. Outside of her name, no other information has currently been shared about the character.

Filming for the fifth season of the spinoff series began this past December with the filming location moving to New Braunfels, Texas after the fourth season was filmed primarily in Austin. Executive producers and showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg are both helming production on the season after first being promoted into the role at the start of Season 4.

Details about the fifth season have been kept under wraps so far though Austin Amelio has been confirmed to join the series as Dwight, making him the second character, after Lennie James' Morgan Jones, from The Walking Dead main series to transition to the spinoff.

Fear the Walking Dead stars Lennie James, Colman Domingo, Alexa Nisenson, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Garret Dillahunt, Jenna Elfman, Austin Amelio and Karen David. No premiere date for Season 5 of the AMC series has been officially announced.
