"Ride Along 2" star Arturo Del Puerto has joined "Fear the Walking Dead" season two in a recurring role. Del Puerto will play Carlos, who Deadline describes as "guarded but possesses a spiritual understanding of the world."

"Fear The Walking Dead" season two will consist of 15 episodes, with seven airing in the spring and eight in the fall.

In addition to "Ride Along 2," Del Puerto has appeared in "The Lottery," "The Devil's in the Details," "The Man Who Shook the Hand of Vicente Fernandez" and more. He will next be seen in "Independence Day 2" and "CHiPS."

"Fear the Walking Dead" was co-created by "The Walking Dead's" Robert Kirkman and Erickson and stars Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Alycia Debnam-Carey and more. Season two premieres on April 10.
