Far From Home Twitter Account Calls Fan Out Over Pirated Screenshots

Tom Holland Sad Peter Parker Spider-Man Far From Home

Spider-Man: Far From Home has only been in theaters for less than two weeks, but one fan has already posted screenshots of the film online. Soon, her post caught the attention of the Marvel Cinematic Universe film's official Twitter account.

After a fan named Becky posted three images of Tom Holland's Peter Parker from various moments throughout the film, the Far From Home Twitter account quote-tweeted the post and asked her where she got the screenshots. The film's Twitter then responded with a GIF from the 1990 film Ghost, where Whoopi Goldberg warns Demi Moore that she was in danger.

Far From Home saw Peter Parker go on a high school class trip to Europe. It took place eight months after the events of Avengers: Endgame, in which the character and his classmates were brought back from the Snap that eliminated all life in the universe.

Upon the start of the trip, Peter is recruited by Nick Fury to team up with the new hero Mysterio to fight the otherworldly Elementals, who cut a destructive path across the continent. Fortunately, Becky didn't post any major spoilers from the story itself.

Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, JB Smoove, Jacob Batalon and Martin Starr, with Marisa Tomei and Jake Gyllenhaal.
