One of the most dangerous enemies that Fantastic Four ever faced is far too powerful for the MCU. And also a bit too silly. The Impossible Man is an alien who hails from the planet Poppup. Debuting in Fantastic Four #11, by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, the Impossible Man quickly proved to be one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe and one that the Fantastic Four could not outmuscle. As a singular threat, the Impossible Man is deadlier than Thanos or even Kang. However, his childish attitude towards things makes him ill-suited for the more serious MCU, where his limitless powers would break the fundamental laws of the universe.

His species the Poppupians evolved on a hostile world. As a result, they gained the ability to transform into whatever they could imagine to aid them in any scenario. In short, they became omnifarious, a kind of living Swiss army knife that could adapt to whatever scenario that they had to overcome. The Fantastic Four quickly learned this the hard way when Impossible Man landed on Earth and began wreaking havoc throughout New York. But far from being some malicious mastermind, Impossible Man was simply bored and looking for a good time. And Earth's defenders seemed to be a great deal of fun.

The Fantastic Four was honestly stumped on how to stop him. Even together they seemed to be outmatched. That was when Reed Richards realized that Impossible Man's childishness could be used against him. The alien craved attention, if they took that away from him, he would leave.

The plan worked, by convincing everyone to ignore him, Impossible Man quickly grew bored and left the planet, promising never to return. That of course, turned out to be a lie. Impossible Man would make several reappearances, sometimes helping and sometimes causing trouble.

But even though he has a quirky outlook on life, his powers mean that he is never to be underestimated. Four of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe could not defeat him together and this is a being who was capable of making even Galactus sick by feeding him the Poppup planet, showing a casual disregard for life in general. That and his ability to change into whatever he can imagine makes him exceedingly dangerous. There are few weapons he could not replicate with his abilities if pressed.

All this makes him an undeniable threat. But his personality and general design make him too silly for the MCU, mercifully sparing its population the headache that comes from dealing with his antics. But while he may not be suited for a live-action adaptation, at least not one that isn't a significant departure from the original concept to make it more comfortable in a serious setting, the Impossible Man is perfectly suited for television. Marvel has been going all out creating new shows for their classic characters and the Impossible Man's silliness would be a wonderful fit for a children's tv show.
