Marvel Studios' Fantastic Four film will feature the popular team created by comic book legends Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. The team first appeared in 1961's The Fantastic Four #1 and has gone on to spawn animated television shows, video games and more.

The upcoming MCU film won't feature the first live-action version of the Fantastic Four, as the team has starred in three live-action movies, including 2005's Fantastic Four, 2007's Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and 2015's Fantastic Four. All previous live-action Fantastic Four films were released through 20th Century Fox before the company was acquired by Disney.
