DOOMÂ Eternal skins are coming to Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout.
Three DOOM-inspired skins will be available beginning Jan. 12. The new demonic costumes players will be able to access to customize their Jellybeans -- the characters controlled by players in Fall Guys -- are Doomguy, Cacodemon, and Tyrant. The arrival of the new content was announced in a trailer tweeted by the game's official Twitter account. The video features a Fall Guys level which also appears to have been inspired by DOOM.
The crossover event will run for a limited time, according to GameSpot. Mediatonic, the studio behind Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, has been hinting at a DOOM crossover for more than a month. It had previously been set to highlight one of the new skins in a stream, but had to reschedule.
New content and crossover events are nothing new to players of the obstacle course battle royale game. A winter wonderland-themed season 3 provided players with new skins, including a snowman and a red-nosed reindeer costume. The game's season 2 added medieval-themed levels and other content. Past Fall Guys crossover events have seen players get access to content inspired by variety of video game and film titles, including Godzilla, Untitled Goose Game, Sonic the Hedgehog and others.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was developed by Mediatonic and published by Devolver Digital. The video game is available now on PC and Playstation 4.
