Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout might be super popular right now, but a recent tweet from its official Twitter account might make some players feel a bit queasy about the characters. Senior Concept Artist Tudor Morris designed an x-ray version of one of the jellybeans, to show fans what exactly is inside the multi-colored layers -- and it’s an anatomical nightmare.

According to the tweet, Fall Guys are 6' or 183cm tall. Other details from the image reveal the thing inside has a curved spine, a human-like skull and stretched-out optic nerves. It takes on a chicken-like appearance -- or maybe one more akin to an AT-ST from Star Wars -- but the image also reveals other elements of jellybean anatomy.

An average human head measures 23.2cm from the bottom of the chin to the top of the skull. By using an image measuring tool with a 6' human height as a reference, a Fall Guys jellybean's skull measurement is an astonishing 41.68cm -- twice the size of a human. From front to back, Jellybean measures 36.33cm, while a human head is around 20cm. The measurement from the bottom of the chin to the bottom of the noise is about 7.3cm for a human, but it's roughly 11cm for a jellybean.

While the eye sockets appear to be similar in size to an average human, the spongy optical nerves are an added feature. These appear to be roughly 35cm long. The optical nerves are connected to giant eyeballs. Even without measuring, it's clear they are much bigger than a human’s.

In the interest of video game science, jellybean eyeballs measure about 12cm tall and 6cm wide. For comparison, a horse’s eye is about the size of a billiard ball and they have some of the largest eyes of all land mammals.

Moving further down the jellybean’s distorted body, the measurement from armpit to elbow is about 33cm. On the reference human, that distance is just over 16cm. From elbow to the wrist, the human measures 27cm, while Fall Guys clock in at 30cm.

When it comes time to measure jellybean hands, things get really weird. This positively alien-like appendage seems to have four fingers and what can only be described as a fifth stub -- which is only visible in the x-ray and cannot be seen in the actual character design. The index finger measures an incredible 24cm from the tip to where it would presumably meet the palm, which measures 19cm across.

A jellybean's chest measures about 18cm across and is roughly 38cm in length, though it's difficult to determine where the torso transitions into the pelvis.

In all seriousness, there isn’t that much else that can be determined from just one image and a single measurement of height -- and there are still so many questions. If this image of jellybean anatomy isn’t enough to conjure up some gelatinous nightmares, then some questions are probably better left unanswered.
