Making a name for himself by reaching the top of his class in high school mock exams. However, things begin to change when he gets enamored by a girl on the way home.

Things begin to unravel when he almost gets run-over by a car and is only barely saved by her. Just before he passes out, he confesses his love for her, which she accepts on the condition of marriage. Although many years had passed since then and he has since cast the thought aside. That is until a certain someone arrives on his doorstep.

A slice of life anime, this will be the third season of the series. Also known as Is The Order A Rabbit, it follows Cocoa who is a big lover of rabbits. Arriving at Cafe Rabbit house one day to potentially cuddle some, she ends up meeting people from her high school board.

Deciding to befriend all of them, this is a slice of life anime that many people are excited to see more of. With the new season hopefully satisfying many more fans.

8 Hanyou No Yashahime: Sengoku Otogizoushi - Popularity #4213

The sequel to the classic anime Inuyasha, this series follows his daughters Towa and Setsuna as they get separated by a forest fire. As Towa wanders looking for her sister, she ends up in present-day Japan where she is raised by Kagome Higurashi's brother.

Many years later, Towa is able to travel back to feudal Japan to meet Setsuna again who has since lost her memories and became a demon hunter. Together with Moroha, their half-sister, they travel between two eras to understand their missing past.

Also called It's Your Eternity, this anime follows the immortal being It as he is sent to earth with no emotions or identity to speak of. However, by taking the shape of things around it, it slowly starts to build a consciousness.

After meeting a young boy who is in critical condition, it took its shape and began to travel all over the world. Along the way, this once stoic immortal being experiences new things and feelings while also meeting a plethora of people and exploring places in the world.

6 Jujutsu Kaisen - Popularity #3722

Published in Shonen Jump before making the leap to animation, Jujutsu Kaisen takes place in the world full of demons. These demons feed on humans while also searching for the corpse of Ryoumen Sukuna, an incredibly powerful demon. If any demon consumes a body part of Sukuna, they are capable of absolutely destroying the human world.

The only thing that is stopping them from achieving their goals is a school of Jujutsu sorcerers who are around to protect the living from the demons.

5 Golden Kamuy (Season 3) - Popularity #3491

The third season of Golden Kamuy, for those that may not know what the series is, follows the character of Saichi Sugimoto who is known as the "Immortal Sugimoto" for his time in the Russo-Japanese war of 1904 to 1905.

Going through the rough terrain of Hokkaido in order to search for Gold, he ends up meeting Asirpa a young Ainu girl in his journey. Together with her, they attempt to find gold while dealing with themes of revenge and greed.

4 Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (2020) - Popularity #2844

The upcoming Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (or Higurashi When They Cry) is a remake of the cult-favorite original series of the same name. Originally based on a series of horror visual novels, the anime will once again follow Keiichi Maebara as he arrives at the quiet town of Hinamizawa in the summer of 1983.

Although there hasn't been a lot of information on the remake so far, it is known that the art style will be done by Akio Watanabe while the studio working on it will be Passione.

3 Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Raihousha-hen - Popularity #1989

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Raihousha-hen follows Shiba Miyuki and Kitayama Shizuku with the latter about to study abroad. Normally, this should be impossible since using magic outside of their country is illegal. However, one case scenarios for these magicians are an exception.

The lore and general idea of this anime (also known as The Irregular at Magic High School) deals with the idea of schools that help nurture the power of magic. The upcoming season is an adaptation of the manga's "Visitor Arc."

2 Haikyuu!!: To the Top (Part 2) - Popularity #1625

The second season to the hit volleyball anime Haikyuu!! To The Top (the fourth season of the original Haikyuu!!) follows the next half of the storyline that started in the previous season. To those that might have missed it, this series takes place after Karasuno High School's victory against Shiratorizawa Academy. This has given them the opportunity to hit the National level, possibly making the team's dreams come true.

The first half of the fourth season primarily had to deal with the characters as they train in preparation for the national level, while the upcoming half will most likely expand on this as well as have the characters actually begin to play.

1 Dungeon Ni Deai Wo Motomeru No Wa Machigatteiru Darou Ka III - Popularity #1371

Finally to wrap this list up is Dungeon Ni Deai Wo Motomeru No Wa Machigatteiru Darou Ka III, which is also called Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? It follows Bell Crane as he travels across the world of Orario in preparation of becoming an adventurer like those before him.

This will mark the third season of the series which will most probably continue the adventures of the previous seasons. Fans should expect to receive more of the same things that they love about this anime, as well as so much more that is just waiting to get shown on screen.
