Legends of Tomorrow Alum Joins Jessica Chastain's Eve

Falk Hentschel, who starred as Hawkman on the first season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, has joined Jessica Chastain in the action drama Eve.

Also starring Colin Farrell, Common and Jon Malkovich, Eve is directed by Tate Taylor (The Help) from a script by Matthew Newton, who left the project last month amid backlash over a 2007 conviction for assaulting his girlfriend.

A German actor, dancer and choreographer, Hentschel appeared as Carter Hall/Hawkman on The CW's The Flash and Arrow before going on to star on the premiere season of Legends of Tomorrow. His other credits include ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., CBS's short-lived Reckless, and TNT's The Alienist.

He'll next be seen in director Robert Zemeckis' Welcome to Marwen, a drama starring Steve Carell as a man who constructs a miniature World War II village in his yard to help him recover after suffering a violent assault.
