Ayo, the second-in-command of the Dora Milaje elite Wakandan fighting force, made a splash with her recent appearance on The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and the official Marvel Twitter account is paying tribute with official promotional art.The seasoned warrior shows up at the tail end of Episode 3 of the Disney+ series and has a larger role in Episode 4, where she and several other Dora Milaje fighters arrive to take custody of Baron Zemo. Portrayed by Florence Kasumba, Ayo first appears in the MCU in Captain America: Civil War as one of Black Panther's bodyguards, where she nearly gets into a fight with Black Widow before T'Challa has her stand down. She's often seen in Black Panther as a member of the Dora Milaje. She fights alongside Nakia against Killmonger's forces in the climactic battle and is seen accompanying T'Challa during the United Nations mid-credit scene. She's also seen among the gathered forces battling against Thanos, the Black Order and their alien army in Avengers: Infinity Wars' massive Battle of Wakanda.
