Gray Fullbuster is a handsome wizard in the Fairy Tail Guild. He is known as an ice master, which means he can use his magic powers to make ice-shaped objects at any time. Having Ice-Make magic is a handy little trick, especially if you want to survive in the Kingdom of Fiore.
Gray can forge anything out of ice, such as shields, hammers, arrows, cannons, battle-axes, and so on. Because of his Ice-Make magic, he can resist cold and is able to protect himself against ice and snow-based attacks. Gray is a valued member of Team Natsu and has proved this on multiple occasions. But the sad truth is that even with his amazing powers, this black-haired boy is not stronger than all anime characters.

Lucy is an unusual girl with cat-like ears, and she has two different personalities. Having some sort of a hidden weapon that no one can see sure sounds like a cool thing, but it is absolutely nothing compared to Gray's ice powers. Ice magic trumps her weird-looking arms at every turn.

Wiz is a terrifying lich, a powerful undead sorceress, who owns a magic shop. Before she became a lich, she was known as the Ice Witch, and not only can she do all the icy magic that Gray does, but also has other remarkable abilities.
She can absorb the energy of others by a single touch and then transfer it to someone else. Wiz has the power to reanimate the dead to serve as allies, and she can also cast sleeping curses among other spells. Actually, she can be Gray's magic mentor and maybe teach him a thing or two.
8 Weaker: Alphonse Elric's Steel Armor Can't Withstand Gary's Magic (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Alphonse Elric, Fullmetal Alchemist's younger brother is actually a soul trapped in a steel armor suit which allows him to use strengthened offense and defense tactics. He is also a fantastic chemist and can use alchemy to alter his surroundings like crafting weapons and transmuting columns.
Unlike Gray, who can handle all ice-related matters perfectly, Alphonse can only destroy some obstacles but in a totally different way. However, Alphonse's tricks and abilities are limited, whereas Gray's Ice-Make magic is not, and he can use his powers at any time and anywhere.
7 Stronger: Tatsumaki's Psychokinesis Powers Are Boundless (One-Punch Man)
Tatsumaki, known as Tornado of Terror, is one of the most powerful heroes of the Hero Association. She has excellent psychokinesis abilities and can move any object regardless of its size. Her telekinesis powers enable her to lift an entire city from the ground and crush it like it never existed.
She can also form invisible barriers to protect her comrades or trap any target within it. Tatsumaki has high pain tolerance and can keep fighting even when she is unconscious. It seems like Gray is not the only one with extraordinary powers.

Two princesses named Melty and Malty are sisters in the Melromarc Kingdom. They are not the same age and their powers are different too. Melty is a powerful wizard and she can handle herself well in battles. Her special power is water magic, but it's definitely not comparable to Gray's ice powers.
Gray can create canons from ice, which would be quite useful in combat. Gray's ice powers make him a great warrior, but even though she was trained by the best mentors, Melty's powers are rather limited.
5 Stronger: Shoto Todoroki Has Both Ice & Fire Powers (My Hero Academia)
Shoto Todoroki is a great warrior with a powerful Quirk, half-ice and half-fire, which is kind of obvious based on the color of his hair. He can use the right side of his body to drop temperatures to freezing degrees and create different objects out of ice.
He can freeze anything by his touch and forge icy barriers in a matter of seconds, and his favorite move is to surf on trails of ice created by his amazing Quirk. When it comes to ice powers, Gray is truly gifted, but it seems like Shoto is a bit faster, which can be a great advantage in battles.
4 Weaker: Haku's Ice Release Is Powerful But Limited (Naruto)
Haku is from the Land of Water, and like his mother, he has the ability to manipulate water at will. Haku can use his Ice Release to create several large ice spikes to kill anyone who stands in his way, like when he killed his father when he attempted to murder him after killing his mother.
He has special ice techniques and can form mirroring ice crystals to attack his enemies no matter where they are. Anyone who is surrounded by this ice mirror boundary will be affected by Haku's powers. But Gray's ice powers are boundless and he can strike his opponents from any angle.
3 Stronger: Vanilla Ice, A Strong Immortal Being With A Powerful Stand (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)
Vanilla Ice is a vampire who can use his Stand, a visual manifestation of life energy, to disappear into nothingness and destroy everything in its path. The only flaw in an otherwise perfect shield is that Cream, Vanilla Ice's Stand, can't see its destination in void form, making its user vulnerable.
However, the fact that he is a vampire makes him a dangerous opponent with exceptional skills, such as immortality, increased durability, strength, and speed. So with all his powerful ice techniques, Gray might not be able to defeat Vanilla Ice, should they face each other in battle.
2 Weaker: Thorkell Is Just A Skilled Warrior (Vinland Saga)
Thorkell is a mighty powerful warrior who can swing two axes at the same time and slice his opponent like cheese. He's known as the strongest Viking and is Sigvaldi's brother. He is a one-eyed muscular man covered with scars who has superhuman strength.
Thorkell's punch has enough power to kill anyone, and he's highly skilled at hand-to-hand combat. However, he does not possess any magical powers and will probably lose against the all-powerful ice master, Gray.

Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya is a near-immortal soul reaper that escorts the souls of the dead to the waiting afterlife. His unique power is that he can create objects out of ice, like Gray Fullbuster. Although he is the youngest captain of the 10th Division in the Bleach series, Toshiro remains humble and fair, but he has zero tolerance for those who betray him.
Unlike Gray, he is an excellent swordfighter, and he can shift from one position to another in a blink of an eye, which is a handy trick in drastic situations.
